🗺️ Itinerary (Day by Day)
Day 1: Tbilisi – Stepantsminda

Transfer from Tbilisi to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi).

Check-in at a cozy, local family guesthouse.

Free time to relax and soak in the mountain atmosphere.
Day 2: Preparation and Logistics

Group meeting and detailed briefing.

Thorough inspection and packing of personal and group gear.

Purchasing necessary food supplies for the high-altitude camp.

Acclimatization walk around Stepantsminda.
Day 3: Stepantsminda – Gergeti Trinity – Base Camp (Meteo)

09:00 – Drive to the Gergeti Trinity Church.

Loading main/heavy luggage onto horses (luggage transport to Base Camp).

Trekking to the Base Camp.

Day 4: First Acclimatization Day

Acclimatization hike up to 4,000 meters above sea level to adapt to the altitude.

Day 5: Training and Reserve Day

Safety briefing and practical training on rope work and moving on snow and ice.

Note: This day also serves as a reserve day. In case of bad weather, the itinerary will adjust, and this day may be used as the summit day.
Day 6: Summit Day – Climbing Mt. Kazbek (5054 m)

02:00 – Departure from Base Camp to the summit.

Duration: 10 – 15 hours (total, including the return to camp).

Return to Base Camp, overnight stay.
Day 7: Return to Civilization and Celebration Banquet

Packing up and descending to Stepantsminda (main luggage transported by horses).

Note: If the reserve day (Day 5) is not used due to weather, this day will be spent on a scenic trekking route around Kazbegi.
