E-MTB TOUR FROM KUTAISI
Kutaisi – Bagrati – Sataplia – Prometheus Cave – Tskaltubo
This dynamic electric mountain bike (e-MTB) tour combines rich historical landmarks, natural reserves, and technical off-road trails in the Imereti region. The route starts and finishes at Kutaisi Base Camp.
Route Breakdown

Stage 1: Kutaisi & Bagrati Cathedral
Starting from the base camp, we navigate through the historical center of Kutaisi and climb up to Bagrati Cathedral, offering sweeping panoramic views of the city.

Stage 2: Old Districts & Ascent to Sataplia
Descending through Kutaisi's old neighborhoods, we begin the longest climb of the tour towards the Sataplia Nature Reserve.

Stage 3: Off-Road Section (9 km) to Prometheus Cave
From Sataplia, we hit technical dirt roads and trails. This ~9 km off-road stretch features forest tracks, serpentines, and dynamic descents leading directly to Prometheus Cave.

Stage 4: On-Site Stop & Lunch
At Prometheus Cave, we take a extended break: guided walking tour inside the cavern, a boat ride on the underground river, and lunch at a local restaurant.

Stage 5: Return via Tskaltubo & Khomuli
Post-lunch, we roll through the resort town of Tskaltubo, cut across the quiet roads of Khomuli village, and enjoy fast, smooth riding back to our base in Kutaisi.
